We've had a few types of stuffed cookies from Gimme Brownies before and they have all been good but these are outstanding. They have big chunks of pecan and chocolate with a beautifully sweet and salty flavour. So good but I couldn't manage more than half at a time! We had most of them the week they arrived but also wrapped one and froze it to have later, defrosted it today and it was still delicious. I will definitely be buying these again.
Nice flavour, for me they were a little on the dry side which is why not 5 stars. I think they had a good mix of pecans and maple flavour.
For me they needed to be more moist, I think I almost expected them to have a stuffed middle as well but they tasted nice. We would order them again.
